During the shredding process, the metal star-shaped shredder efficiently shreds cuttings, especially leaves and hedge trimmings. The shredded material is then conveyed directly into the 40-litre collection bag of the STIHL SHA 56. The collection bag hangs directly on the vacuum shredder, so you don’t have to carry it over your shoulder. Attachable with just a few simple steps, it provides lots of legroom thanks to its asymmetrical shape. The very long zip means it is easy to empty out the shredded material.

The extra-wide diameter of the blower wheel opening is easily accessible for straightforward cleaning. Glide effortlessly over hard surfaces with the conical blower tube. The STIHL SHA 56, available in a set with an AK 20 battery and AL 101 standard charger, is fitted with a two-step length-adjustable blower tube so you can adjust it to your height. Side recesses mean the tube does not get stuck on the ground or the vacuumed material during vacuum shredding. Cleaning the STIHL SHA 56 is no problem courtesy of the large opening on the housing. Optional accessories such as a curved STIHL flat nozzle provide options for more effective use of the STIHL SHA 56 when blowing material across larger areas.
