EXMARK FLEET ADVANTAGE PROGRAM
Fleet customer purchases Exmark products on one purchase order, to one customer (subject to audit), for a minimum of 12 points in any combination of eligible new Exmark units.

Receive a personal ID. Card that allows customer to purchase additional Exmark Equipment for a period of two (2) years from date of invoice and receive the same Benefits on each additional purchase without the twelve (12) point minimum. When the 12-point fleet customer has made a one time or cumulative purchase of an additional six (6) points of Exmark equipment during the Exmark Fleet Advantage period they will automatically be renewed for another two (2) years from the date of the 6- point sale.
EXMARK REDUCED POINT REQUIREMENT
Fleet customer purchases Exmark products on one purchase order, to one customer (subject to audit), for a minimum of 7 points in any combination of eligible new Exmark units.
Customers will receive a 15% discount on a purchase of just 7 points.
*All accessories illustrated on the 2015 Program Rebate List are eligible for the fleet order discount but add no points toward 12 point qualifier.
* Allied products are NOT eligible for fleet purchase rebates.
* UTV’s count for Points but Do Not receive a discount.
* Quest and Pioneer Series Do Not Qualify for Fleet Program.
Exmark point values
Navigator equal Six (6) points each.
Lazer Z X, S, E, and D Series, Staris S-Series, Stand On Aerator, and Stand On Spreader / Sprayer
equal Four (4) points each.
Radius X, Turf Tracer X-Series units equal Three (3) points each.
Turf Tracer S-Series, Viking Hydro units equal Two (2) points each.
Metro Gear Drives, Commercial 30”, WB. Aerator, 36” Broom, Slit Seeder,
Ultra Vac Bagging Systems equal one (1) point each.
Commercial 21, equal half (.5) points each.
Pro Service- (During warranty period for eXmark and Toro)
In the event that a new unit would break down, bring unit into Eau Claire Lawn Equipment. If we are unable to make the necessary repair within 4 hours of checking in, we will offer a loaner unit at No Charge. When down unit is repaired ECLE will call, if loaner unit isn’t returned within 4 hours of calling loaner will have a $30.00 rental fee. This is for down units only, if unit is brought in for general maintenance we will service A.S.A.P, but don’t give a loaner. If in need of unit can rent unit for $15.00 per hour on hour meter, while unit is in normally $30.00 per. hour.
Pro Service- (Outside warranty period for eXmark and Toro)
In the event that an out of warranty unit breaks down, bring unit into Eau Claire Lawn Equipment. If we are unable to make the necessary repair within 6 hours of checking in,
We will offer a rental unit at $20.00 per hour on the loaner unit’s hour meter. Eau Claire Lawn Equipment will offer the same rental charge for units in for just servicing also. If Commercial Customer takes part in the Commercial Out of Season or Pre-Season Service Special we will move to 4 hour period and offer rental unit for $15.00 per hour on hour meter.
On Line Parts Look Up
Eau Claire Lawn Equipment is proud to be able to offer online parts look up and parts ordering. Go to www.eclawn.com, and you can look up parts for most of the products we carry.
Emergency Parts Orders (eXmark)
For a fee of $20.00 to $75.00 eXmark (depending on size and weight) we can place an Emergency Order and request parts shipped next day. Orders have to be in and placed by 1:00pm. (Exmarks Parts Plus Program) states if ordered by 2:00pm and requested (Next Day Air), if we don’t receive the parts that next day the parts are free. (eXmark does not covers next day orders under warranty.) Exmark parts are normally next day, but to guarantee it we need to do an Emergency order.
Commercial Out of Season Service
Bring in your mowing equipment between Jan. 15th - March 31st and all (Full Services) and repairs with (Full Service) will be billed at $70 per hour (normally $80 per hour.) All parts will be billed at normal price. Average Full Service is near 2 hours.
** These units will be serviced in slow times and may be with us for an extended time.
** Repaired unit must be picked up within 15 days of notification that they are done.
** Units not picked up within 15 days will be charged a storage fee of $10.00 per. month.
This service is the annual physical check up for your equipment. We do a series of preventative maintenance task and system checks that help your equipment live longer and perform better. Allow us to save you money and avoid stress by finding problems while they’re small. Also decreases our service time and rental fee if needed.
Commercial Parts On-Hand
Commercial Lawncare companies should have common parts on hand for service or the simple break down’s. Here is our program to help make it affordable. Place a parts order between March 1st. and March 31st. 2015 for common service parts on the eXmark, Husqvarna, Toro consumer, Stihl, Echo, Kohler, Kawasaki, and Briggs units that you own. (We will work with you to get model and serial #’s and common part #’s.)
On original stock order receive these discounts.
5% Discount on orders of $250.00 to $500.00
10% Discount on orders of $501.00 to $1000.00
15% Discount on orders of $1001.00 to $2000.00
20% Discount on orders of $2001.00 and over.
