Our Parts and Service Departments
At Eau Claire Lawn Equipment, we focus on getting our commercial cutters in and out of our shop ASAP! 
Our second priority is given to the products we sell. All of our technicians are factory trained through hands-on service schools, service seminars, video and internet training programs.
PARTS DEPARTMENT
We carry a large selection of parts for our main product lines, and we can special order what we do not have. We also carry parts and can Special Order Parts for Briggs & Stratton, Kohler, Kawasaki, and Honda Engines. We carry a selection of common parts for many mass merchant products. We also have a selection of universal/aftermarket parts and an assortment of used parts that you can look through at your convenience to possibly match up hard to find parts.
All specially ordered items must be prepaid, which can either be done here at the store or through email or a phone call with a Visa or Mastercard number and expiration date (we gaurantee 100% confidentiality and security with this information; all numbers are destroyed as soon as the transation is complete). Prepaid items can also be shipped directly to you once they arrive at our store, or placed in our mailbox for an after-hours customer pickup.
At the bottom of this page we have put links for alot of companies which will give FREE parts lookup or service manuals on the internet for your convenience. If you are looking for parts or pricing give us a call or email us with your model and/or part numbers, and we will check into it as soon as possible and get back to you promptly.
SERVICE DEPARTMENT
Our Shop Labor Rate is $60.00 per hour plus the cost of shop materials and replacement parts.
We also offer Pickup and Delivery in the Eau Claire and Altoona Area. Walkbehind Products are $25 and Riders are $35. Anything outside Eau Claire and Altoona call for pricing.
Our equipment tune-up prices are as follows; additional parts and labor charges may still be applicable:
