Independent Landscape Contractors may Qualify for Bid assistance Discounts provided that:
* The Exmark Equipment to be purchased is to be used (Exclusively) for the fulfillment of a contract that has been awarded to an agency that is eligible to Receive Bid Assistance.
*The awarded contract is for Minimum of Twelve (12) Months and there must be a Minimum of Nine (9)Months remaining on the Conract.
*A copy of the Eligible contract will need to be given to Eau Claire Lawn Equipment for reveiw and then submitted to Exmark.
