Pro Service- (During warranty period for Exmark, Toro, Husqvarna, and Ferris)

In the event that a new unit would break down, bring unit into Eau Claire Lawn Equipment. If we are unable to make the necessary repair within 3 hours of checking in, we will offer a loaner unit at No Charge. When down unit is repaired ECLE will call, if loaner unit isn’t returned within 3 hours of call will have a $30.00 rental fee. This is for down units only if unit is brought in for general maintenance we will service A.S.A.P, but don’t offer loaner. If in need of unit can rent unit for $15.00 per. hour, while unit is in normally $30.00 per. hour.

In the event that an out of warranty unit breaks down, bring unit into Eau Claire Lawn Equipment. If we are unable to make the necessary repair within 5 hours of checking in,

We will offer a rental unit at $15.00 per hour on the loaner unit’s hour meter. Eau Claire Lawn Equipment will offer the same for units in for just servicing also.

Emergency Parts Orders (Exmark)

For a fee of $20.00 to $75.00 depending on weight, we can place an Emergency Order and request parts shipped next day. Orders have to be in and placed by 1:00pm. Exmarks program states if ordered by 1:00 pm and requested next day, if we don’t receive the parts that next day the parts are free. (Exmark Does Not cover next day orders under warranty.) Exmark parts are normally next day. But to guarantee we need to do an Emergency order.

If that person or company comes in and buys any piece of equipment and gives us a referral card with your name on it, Eau Claire Lawn Equipment will give you a 1% credit of the purchase. (Example, a person comes in and buys a Zero turn for $5000.00 and gives us a referral card with your information we will give you $50.00 in store credit.) The customer you referred will also get a gift. You can have as many cards as you would like just ask for more when you’re low.
